Rolling Shutters The B&D industrial type rolling door is similar to a regular rolling shutter however the shutter curtain is fabricated as a single corrugated sheet instead of individual shutter slats locked together.

It is a high quality product because of the design and machine intensive fabrication, we undertake supply and installation of the same at a reasonable price.

Rolling Shutters

We manufacture all types of rolling shutters. The most common type is your push and pull shutter which is limited to smaller sizes of up to around 100 square feet. The standard shutter is made with 20 gauge (.90mm) GI slats which can be flat, half bent or fully bent.
For larger sizes we add a mechanical gear and a removable handle to operate the shutter. The lock can be either a central lock incorporated in the shutter itself which locks in the ground or a removable padlock which is fixed on the outside.

We have recently launched PU coated rolling shutters which are available in spectacular wooden finishes as per the image above.

We also undertake fabrication jobs of window grills and gates.

The shutter is also called a door curtain since it rolls up completely enabling you to make the maximum use of your space; hence it is the preferred choice for industrial access control requirements.

Motorised versions are gaining popularity due to the ease in use and installation. The side - fitted motor is the most popular choice due to ease in installation and maintenance. The default operation is via an electrical key switch or push button but radio frequency remotes can be added for further convenience.

Contact us for our PU coated GI shutter in spectacular wooden finishes for impressive store fronts and building facades!
